Foundation Lifting

At Sealtite we lift foundations with the most advanced system available. We lift your foundation in a single day and we don’t even need a shovel, which means we do not need to dig up your yard or landscaping. We drive small pipes into the ground, down approximately 4′ below the bottom of the footing and pump a High density polyurethane under the footing. This compaction grouts the soil underneath the foundation, stabilizes it, and lifts the foundation back into place. This process does not require large equipment or digging, it is very non-invasive.
