How do I know if I should replace my concrete or raise it??

1. COST: Let’s cut right to the chase here, raising your concrete is almost always a fraction of the cost of pouring new concrete.

2. EASE: In addition, the system we use to lift your concrete is very non-invasive. We park in the drive or on the street and run a hose from our trailer over to the area we’re lifting. We do not have to drive heavy equipment in your yard or mess up your landscaping which is what would need to be done if you want to replace the concrete.

3. EFFICIENT: If the concrete at your business is settling we can lift it without causing you any downtime as there’s no cure time for our product. For instance, we’ve lifted and stabilized factory floors under a production line without having any downtime for the business. Can you imagine the cost to shut down the line, move the equipment, replace the concrete, let it cure, and set everything back up?

4: APPEARANCE: The problem with replacing the sections of concrete that have settled is that the new sections won’t match the old weathered sections. So if you want it to look good you really need to replace the entire portion. (driveway, patio, etc.)

5. LONGEVITY: Why is your concrete settling? If that issue is not addressed and you replace it, the new concrete will now settle. Our system stabilizes the soil under the slab and ensures your concrete will not settle again.

6. LIFETIME GUARANTEE: If you choose Sealtite to slabjack your concrete, we’ll give you a LIFETIME guarantee that it won’t re-settle!

There are a few reasons that you should replace your concrete instead of SlabJacking it. If a tree root has actually raised your concrete, or if your concrete is full of cracks and is in obvious poor condition, we recommend you just replace it. But if it appears to be ok, raise it right with Sealtite!
